The Official IMS & Indy 500 Online Shop stands behind the quality of our racing gear and collectibles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in new, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
